8 floors residential tower featuring 141 parking spaces, access lobby, 10,000 sq retail space, gym, jacuzzi, meeting room, 97 Apartments rental units (90 units are 2 bedrooms / 7 units are 1 bedrooms).

7. Outsourced implementation and logistics for MEP work (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Geotechnical work, Landscape work, lighting, and Civil Engineer work. 

8. Secure Work Force Housing Certifications (Local and Federal) 

9. In-house Project Management 

10. Secure project logistics for: Accounting, Legal, and Human Resources. 

11. Project Liability Insurance, Project Accident Insurance, workers compensation Insurance, and construction licenses. 

11. Project General Contractor License, implementation, and logistics  

12. Project building operation and logistics for; Maintenance, building management, utilities, security, insurance, and capital reserve.
